Obit of Hiram A. Self, Beckham Co. OK HIRAM A. SELF Obit 1861-1930 Posted by Joan Garvey Elk City Paper, Beckham Co., January 10, 1930 SELF FUNERAL IS HELD TODAY Funeral services were held for H. A. Self this afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Broadway Methodist church. Rev. E. C. Webb, pastor, presided. Mr. Self died in the sanitarium at Ft. Supply, yesterday, after an illness of several months. He lived here with his family for four years, having moved here from Erick. He owned the Self blacksmith shop on Randall and Broadway streets. Mr. Self was born in Hillsboro, Kentucky, March 31, 1861. Surviving Mr. Self are his widow, Mrs. Self, and ten children, five of whom are living here. Interment was made in the Fairlawn cemetery.
