STEINMETZ
Shirley Steinmetz was born June 11, 1927, and died July 29, 1927.
Roberta Steinmetz was born June 11, 1927, and died July 30, 1927.
Funeral services were held at the Christian Church Tuesday, August 2, at 2
p.m., Rev. K. C. Moser of Frederick officiating.  Interment at Fairlawn
Cemetery, Gentry-Killough in charge.
TWIN BABES DIE OF WHOOPING COUGH
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the First Christian Church for the
six weeks old daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Steinmetz of this city.  The babes
had been ill about a week when one of them, Shirley, developed
complications affecting the spine and brain.  Everything possible was done
for her, but she grew rapidly worse and passed away July 29.  Roberta was
taken immediately to a baby specialist in Oklahoma City, where she died
the following day.
Funeral services were in charge of Rev. Moser, evangelist at the Church of
Christ.
The sympathy of the entire community is with the bereaved parents and the
little brothers, Donald and David, in the loss of the little babes, who
were the pride and joy of the home for such a short time.
