STOCKWELL, WAYNE E.
(5 Aug 1926, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
OBITUARY
The death angle (sic) visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Linn Stockwell and
took from their arms their little sweet babe that so recently entered
their home.  Wayne D. was born July 19th and died July 31st, age 11 days. 
Its funeral was preached Sunday evening at the Church of Christ by Dr. W.
W. Brown, who spoke words of comfort, sympathy and encouragement to the
bereaved parents and relatives, from 1 Cor. 15-12-22; concerning the
resurrection and that this sweet babe boy which they had learned to love
so tenderly during the brief time they were permitted to keep it could not
return to them, but they could as David said, "Go to it," and thus at "The
Resurrection" he reunited in a home where sickness, sorrow, pain nor death
ever enters.  The parents and relatives have the sincere sympathy of the
community.
