(13 Nov 1924, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF MOTHER
John Streit was called to Dayton, Ohio, last week because of the serious
illness of his mother.  She passed away on Monday and the body was taken
to Indiana for burial, the funeral services being held today.
