H. Sullivan, aged 23 years, died at the home of her parents on Indian creek, at 1:30 o'clock Saturday night, June 1st 1901, of Typhoid fever. The funeral occurred Sunday at 4 p.m. from the residence and a procession of sorrowing friends, the largest ever witnessed in Roger Mills county, followed the body of the deceased to the cemetery near Carter where it was laid to rest in the silent city. To the bereaved husband and four motherless little children, in this the darkest hour of their history, a wide circle of friends extend their sympathy.
