THROWER, LESTER DEE

Mr. Thrower's Services Set.
Funeral services for Lester Dee Thrower will be at 2 pm Tuesday in the
First Assembly of God Church with Rev Robert Lafferty and Rev Floyd
Courtney ministers.
Mr. Thrower was born Nov 10, 1905 in Texas and died May 16 in Community
Hospital at the age of 75.  He was married Dec 15, 1927 in Carter to Alice
B. Brodrick. He had lived in Elk City since 1942 and was a member of the
First Assembly of God Church.
He is survived by his wife, Alice, of the home; two sisters, Mable Dollins
of Petaluma, Calif., and Minie Haley of Ft. Worth, Tex.; two
brothers-in-law, Ted Collins and Frank Cashion of Elk City; and several
nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Carter cemetery under the direction of Savage Funeral Home.
