TUCKER, Mrs. ARTHUR L.
(8 Mar 1928, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Mr. and Mrs. Everett Nutt returned home Monday night from Enid, where they
had been attended the funeral of Mrs. Nutt's mother, Mrs. Arthur L.
Tucker, who passed away in Oklahoma City Thursday morning at the age of 58
years.  The body was taken to Enid Friday and funeral services and burial
were held here Sunday afternoon.  Mrs. Tucker spent the months of January
in Elk City with her daughter, Mrs. Nutt and from here she went to
Oklahoma City for special treatment.  Strength was failing her though and
it was only three weeks from the time of her arrival in Oklahoma City
until death called her.  Mrs. Tucker was the mother of eleven children,
nine of which survive her.  She has reared two grandchildren and together
with them she leaves to mourn her departure, seven son, two daughters, and
a devoted husband.
