WADE, ANNIE MAUDE
(17 Jun 1930, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. WADE
SAYRE, Okla., June 17 - Funeral services were held for Mrs. Maude Wade,
42, wife of E. M. Wade, at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the First
Baptist Church here, Rev. John T. Daniels, read the rites.
Special ceremony was conducted by members of the Rebekah Lodge, of which
Mrs. Wade was Noble Grand at the time of her death.
Mrs. Wade had been ill for several weeks before her death Saturday at the
family residence one and a half miles east of Sayre.  She had been a
resident of Beckham county for over 30 years, coming here when a small
child with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Rice.  She was married to Mr.
Wade in 1907 and they have lived in Sayre and the surrounding vicinity
since.
Mrs. Wade is survived by her husband, two daughters and two sons, all of
whom live here, and her aged father and mother.  Interment was made in the
Sayre-Doxey cemetery.
