WILSON, ROBERT ELMORE
(29 Nov 1923, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF BOY
Robert Elmore Wilson, the five year old son of Mr. and Mrs. D. T. Wilson,
died in Elk City last Friday morning.  The body was prepared for burial by
Grubitz & Son and taken to their former home in Hinton, Okla., for burial.
Mr. Wilson is the contractor for the new Merritt school and while building
same brought his family to Elk City to live, and they were keeping house
in the Jones Smallwood residence.  The little boy took sick last week with
scarlet fever, and was ill but a few days when death claimed him.  A
twelve year old son was here with the family while another son is in
college.
The deeply bereaved family have the sympathy of our citizens in their sorrow.
