BRADLEY, LUCY
(29 Aug 1929, Thursday, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Miss Lucy Wolf was born in Salam, West Virginia, August 15th, 1875.  She
was married to Robert Mayfield of Salam, West Virginia, about 1895; to
this union 1 child was born.  Mr. Mayfield departed this life in 1895. 
After her husbands death she with her mother came to Texas, where she met
and married Ben Bradley of Snyder, Texas, in 1908; to this union 3
children were born.
Her husband departed this life in 1924; one child preceeded his mother in
death, departing this life in 1923.  She departed this life August 26th,
1929, at the age of 54 years and 11 days.
She leaves to mourn her departure, 1 daughter, Mrs. L. E. Perkins; of
Erick, Oklahoma; 2 sons, Charley Bradley of Wichita Falls, Texas and Frank
Bradley of Portales, New Mexico.
She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his departure.
Mrs. Bradley had recently come from New Mexico to the home of her
daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Perkins, hoping to regain her health but after
physicians doing all they could death came to relieve her of her
sufferings.  Services were conducted by Rev. S. N. Wilson at the Baptist
Tabernacle, August 26th, after which interment was made in the Mayfield
cemetery in the presence of a number of relatives and friends.
