BROOKS, ERMA
(17 Aug 1905, Erick Enterprise, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Died, at the family residence in this city, last Tuesday morning the
infant of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Brooks and its remains were entered (sic) in
the Erick cemetery yesterday.  The Enterprise extends condolence to the
bereaved parents.
The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Brooks died Tuesday at 4 p.m.
after a few days' illness.  Their little darling has had some peculiar
stomach affection and has been gradually growing weaker for sometime owing
to the fact that she was unable to retain nourishment.  Funeral services
were conducted yesterday by Rev. Lambert and interment was made in the
Erick cemetery.  Mr. and Mrs. Brooks have the sympathy of our people in
their bereavement.
