CANNON, WILLIAM H.
(22 May 1924, Beckham County Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
W. H. Cannon Dead.  A telegram was received in Erick Tuesday by J. S. Pyle
announcing the death of Dr. W. H. Cannon, a brother of Mrs. Jane Pyle, and
a cousin of J. A. Minton.  He died at Texarkana, Ark., Monday evening.
Mrs. Pyle left Erick last Friday, and it is probable that she reached his
bedside before the grim reaper claimed his toll.  Dr. Cannon visited here
some years ago and a few of our people remember him.
