CARTER, JOHN JAMES
(13 Mar 1924, Beckham County Democrat, Erick, Beckham County, OK):
J. J. CARTER DEAD.
J. J. Carter, one of the best known farmers in the Delhi community dropped
dead last Saturday morning at 11 a.m.
Mr. Carter was 71 years old and was in the best of health and his death
was a shock to the entire community.  He leaves a wife, two daughters, two
sons and a number of grandchildren to mourn his death.
