CATLETT LOWELL THOMAS
(18 Dec 1930, Beckham County Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Young Farmer Dies Here.
Lowell Catlett, 18, died Friday, at the home south of town following a
short illness.
Beside (sic) his wife, Mrs. Ella Catlett, he is survived by his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Catlett, of Erick, three brothers, John of Henrietta;
George, of Seminole; and Bannville, of Erick, and five sisters, Mrs. Elsie
McCoy, of Wewoka; Mrs. Virgie Hamilton and Misses Laura, Ruby and Jeneva
Catlett, all of Erick.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Frog
Hallow church, conducted by Rev. Frasher and Rev. Carter, of Erick.
Interment was in Erick Cemetery under the direction of D. G. Fatheree
Funeral Director.
