CHICK, CELIA A.
(9 Jun 1910, Erick Altruist, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
MRS. E. M. CHICK DEAD.
Mrs. E. M. Chick, died at her home southeast of Erick Monday afternoon at
2 o'clock and was buried Tuesday afternoon at the Delhi cemetery.  Rev. J.
F. Elder conducted the services at the grave.
Deceased was 40 years old, a member of the Baptist church, and leaves a
husband, Mr. E. M. Chick, and three children - two sons and one daughter -
to mourn her death.
Her life was gentle, but like the still waters, it was deep.  In her heart
of hearts she carried those she loved, and her hand was never weary, her
step never failed in ministering unto, caring for, and waiting upon those
who were in any way dependent upon her.
Much has been taken from this husband and three children and the large
circle of relatives and friends; sweet ties have been severed, but much is
left.  The christian hope and fadeless memories are still theirs.

Mrs. E. W. (sic) Chick, living east of Erick died Monday evening at about
3 o'clock.  The remains were buried in the Delhi cemetery Tuesday evening.
