She had undergone an operation for appenditicis on Saturday, March 30th, but her system was poisoned from a recent attack of measles, and complications arose which caused her death. All that medical care and loving hands could do was of no avail. She was of a lovable, sunny disposition, a favorite among her playmates. The body was conveyed to Vinson, Sunday and funeral services conducted at the M. E. Church by Rev. Morris of Erick. The remains were laid to rest at the Vinson Cemetery under a canopy of beautiful flowers, the expressions of sympathy and esteem of the many friends of Dr. and Mrs. Conner, besides her parents she is survived by her brother Jackie and sister Patsy and a host of other relatives.
