The Republican extends consolation to the bereaved family.
(21 Dec 1905, Erick Newspaper, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Died at his home in this city this morning, after only a few days of
illness, Grandpa Cooper.  He was quite old, but was one of the best men in
the country, and leaves an aged wife, son Charley and two daughters, Mrs.
C. T. O'Kelly and Mrs. Ed Wadlow at this place, and two sons at Delhi to
mourn his demise.  They have the sympathy of all in their sad bereavement.
