DEEN, BEULAH I.
(21 Mar 1929, Thursday, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
On Tuesday March 12, Tim Deen received a message announcing the death of
his mother, Mrs. Bealah (sic) Deen, which occured (sic) at Tucumcari, very
suddenly.  On the above date Mr. Deen left here immediately to attend the
funeral.  Mrs. Deen was the mother of four children.  Tim Deen of Erick;
Mrs. Willie Ferguson, of Grimes; Carry Deen and Homer Deen of Tucumcari. 
All the children were present at the funeral services and accompanied the
remains to the Tucumcari cemetery, where they were laid to rest beside
those of her husband who having preceeded her to the great beyond.
Mrs. Deen was 63 years old, at the time of her death.  She was well known
in Erick and loved by all who knew her.  The bereaved relatives and
friends have our sympathy in this sad hour.
