William Dowdell
The many friends of Will Dowdell were much shocked to learn of his death
which occurred in Oklahoma City Tuesday where he and his brother,
Lawrence, had stopped while enroute to Hot Springs, Ark., where he
expected to take the baths for rheumatism.  After they reached Oklahoma
City his condition grew rapidly worse and Monday, Morris, another brother,
hastened to that city in response to a telegram and was with his brother
when the end came.
Mr. Dowdell was about 36 years of age.  He is survived by his wife and
children, an aged mother and three brothers, Lawrence, Morris and John. 
The funeral was held yesterday at one o'clock in Delhi.

Many warm friends of W. H. Dowdell in and about Pioneer district, were
profoundly shocked upon learning of his untimely death which occurred
Tuesday, March 26, 1912, at Oklahoma City; where he had gone for medical
treatment.  He was age thirty-nine years, five months and nine days.
