Funeral services for Mrs. A. T. Dunn, 69, who died Monday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. W. Davidson, were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, at Buffalo Baptist church, Rev. S. N. Wilson, of this city officiating. Burial was in Buffalo cemetery under the direction of Jones-Stubbs Funeral Directors. Mrs. Dunn had been in bad health for some months and recently returned from Oklahoma City where she had been undergoing treatment. Since her return here she had been at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Davidson, being unable to go to her home near Mayfield. She is survived by four daughters: Mesdames L. P. Watson and John Lewis, of Oklahoma City; J. C. Adams, of Mayfield; and W. W. Davidson, of Erick and a number of grandchildren and other relatives. Obituary: Mrs. Mary Kentucky Dunn was born in Naudrain County, Missouri, January 21st, 1861. Departed this life, May 26th, 1930, age 69 years, 4 months and 5 days. She had been residing in the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. W. Davis (sic) of Erick, Oklahoma. Realizing that the end was near, she wished to be here among her relatives and friends during her last days on earth. Her going had been expected since the condition of her health had been serious for the last nine months. She was united to Mr. A. T. Dunn, December 6th, 1876, in Kentuckytown, near Sherman, Texas. To this union were born eleven children. Six children and her husband preceded her in death, Four girls and one boy are living, Mrs. Lessie McCillion of Lawton, Oklahoma; Mr. Claud Dunn of Corpus Christie, Texas; Mrs. W. W. Davidson of Erick, Oklahoma; Mrs. Lotis Lewis of Oklahoma City; and Mrs. Gladys Adams, of Printis (sic), Oklahoma. Also, 14 grand children and one great grand child. Mrs. Dunn, at the age of 13 years proffered a hope in Christ and lived a faithful and consecrated Christian life till death came to release her of her great suffering. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. S. N. Wilson, Rev. H. M. Coffey assisting. The following: Misses Ruby, Charlotte Sites, Opal Hammon and Audray Hammon, and Miss Erma Lea Watson acted as floral girls.
