LESHER, BONNIE H.
(4 Oct 1917, Beckham County Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Miss Bonnie Lesher who has been ill for the past three weeks died Saturday
Sept 29.  The funeral services were held at three o'clock Sunday evening
at the Buffalo church after which the remains were laid to rest in Buffalo
cemetery.  Miss Lesher was twenty two years of age and respected by all
who knew her.
Sunday school here was dismissed because of Miss Lesher's death.

Miss Bonnie Lesher, known to many of our people, died on the 29th of
September at her home near Sweetwater, from nervous breakdown.  She was
one of Beckham Co's prominent school teachers, having taught at Beula
Vista last year, and had been employed to teach there again this year. 
She had attended High School at Sayre, and the Southwestern Normal and was
a most accomplished young lady.
