MIXON, MOLLIE
(6 Feb 1930, Thursday, Beckham County Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Funeral services for Miss Mollie Mixon, 13, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Mixon, who died early Tuesday evening, in Erick hospital following
a relapse from an operation for appendicitis some weeks ago, were held in
the First Baptist Church, Wednesday afternoon, at 3:00 o'clock, conducted
by the Pastor, Rev. W. A. Roberts, assisted by Rev. S. N. Wilson.  Burial
was in Erick Cemetery, under the direction of Fatheree Undertakers and was
attended by a large concourse of sorrowing friends and relatives.  She was
a noble, sweet Christian girl and while we regret exceedingly to chronicle
her passing we commend the bereaved to Him who doeth all things for the
best.  Peace to her noble soul.
