MORGAN, JOSIE
(22 Jun 1911, Erick Newspaper, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Miss Josie Morgan, born in Hunt county, Texas, died at the age of 19 years
and eleven months, at her father's home four miles southwest of Erick, on
the 16th day of June, just at 11 o'clock.  Her father, J. B. Morgan, his
wife, three brothers and five sisters are left to mourn her death so early
in life.
The funeral sermon was preached by Rev. S. N. Wilson.  The deceased lived
here during the last five years of her life, and was a general favorite
with all who knew her.  Her numerous friends and bereaved relatives, have
the sympathy of all who knew her.  Those who mourn should not forget that:
 "The old must, and the young may die."
