MOUTRAY, RACHEL
(28 Aug 1919, Thursday, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. Rachel Moutray, wife of Sylvester Moutray, deceased, living seven and
one half miles southeast of Erick, died at her home at 1:15 A.M. Friday.
She was one of the pioneer settlers and the mother of ten children.  Six
of these are living and were with her in her last illness; they are C. M.
Moutray, Mrs. W. W. Smith, Mrs. Grantham, Mrs. E. E. Walker, Mrs. J. D.
Hodges, and Mr. J. S. Omealy.
Born May 20th, 1842; married in 1863; died Aug. 22nd, 1919; aged 77 years,
3 months, 2 days.
