NEELY, ELLA M.
(30 Apr 1914, Thursday, Erick Altruist, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Ella Davis was born at Bluffton, Llano County, Texas, Feb. 8, 1872, and
departed this life April 9, 1914, at Erick, Oklahoma, being at the time of
her death 42 years one months and one day old.  She was married to J. M.
Neely Dec. 18, 1888, who survives her.  To this union was born eight
children all of whom are still living.
In 1894 Mrs. Neely became a member of the Christian Church of which she
remained a faithful member until death.
She bore her long affliction with patience and met death bravely, because
her faith inspired a hope of a grand reunion with all her friends in the
glory world.
Besides the bereaved husband and children, Mrs. Neely leaves a host of
friends to mourn her loss.
Funeral services were conducted at residence by Rev. H. V. Davis, pastor
of the Christian Church on April 11, 1914. - A Friend.
