OLIVER, J. F.
(8 May 1930, Beckham County Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
DIED.  J. F. Oliver departed this life May 4th, 1930, at the home of 
his son, J. M. Oliver of this city with whom he was making his home.  
He was born October 6th, 1856.
His wife and son and daughter preceeded him in death 9 years ago.
He leaves to mourn his death, one son, J. M. Oliver, of Erick, three 
daughters, Mrs. I. A. Boyles, of Chillicothe, Texas; Mrs. R. C. Niece, 
of Shamrock, Texas; and Mrs. L. J. Calvert of Wichita Falls, Texas, 
besides a host of other relatives.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the residence by Rev. 
John O'Dowd.  Burial Tuesday at Chillicothe, Texas, the body having been 
conveyed to Chillicothe overland by D. G. Fatheree, undertaker.
