PAGE, MARY JOSEPHINE
(4 Apr 1929, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Miss Sallie Rosson received a message Monday afternoon that her sister
Mrs. J. H. Page, formerly of Erick, had died at noon at her home in
Oklahoma City.  Alva Robinson and Page Turner left immediately to be with
the family.  The body will be brought here for interment.

Miss Mary Josephine Rosson was born in Marshall County, Tenn., June 25th,
1857.  She was married to John H. Page, January 19th, 1886.  To this union
was born 4 children.
She departed this life at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, April 2nd, 1929, at the
age of 71 years, 10 months and eight days.  Her husband and two children
having preceeded her in death.  She leaves to mourn her departure of the
immediate family two daughters, namely, Mrs. Ethel Daniels of Lincoln,
Arkansas and Mrs. Essie May Turner of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She also leaves a host of friends and other relatives to mourn her departure.
The body of this good lady formerly an Erick citizen was brought here
Wednesday.  Funeral services were held at the M. E. Church, Thursday
morning by pastor Rev. Morris.  Interment following at the Erick cemetery.
The Democrat offers sympathy to the sorrowing ones.
---Tom Turner and Olie Nichols of Oklahoma City were in Erick Wednesday to
attend the funeral of Mrs. J. H. Page.
---Tom Rosson and son W. H. of Spearman were here Wednesday for the
funeral of his aunt, Mrs. J. H. Page.
---A. B. Rosson of Oklahoma City, brother of Mrs. J. H. Page was here
Wednesday for her funeral.
