SIMMONS, CULLEN LEE Jr.
(6 Oct 1927, Beckham County Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
The little two and one-half year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Cullen Simmons,
died Sunday night of peritonitis.  Funeral services were held at the
Baptist Tabernacle, Monday at 3 P.M., conducted by the pastor, B. A.
Etheredge.  It has only been some 2 or 3 weeks since Mr. and Mrs. Simmons
moved to Erick from Faxon.  They have the sympathy of all in the loss of
their little one.

We take this means of thanking our friends and neighbors for their
kindness and assistance rendered us during the illness and death of our
son and grandson, Cullen Lee, Jr.

---Mrs. J. N. Nunn, Eli Nunn and Mr. and Mrs. Buford Nunn of Willow, Mr.
and Mrs. Buster Nunn of Hobart, Mrs. Alma Haagar  and Mary Haagar of Elk
City, and Mr. and Mrs. Jordan Simmons of McLean attended the funeral of
the Simmons' little one in Erick Monday.
