STORTS, T. JEFFERSON
(3 May 1923, Thursday, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
T. Jefferson Storts, a native of Ohio, was born December 27th, 1849,
passed away at 10:30 P.M., Friday at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma
City.  He had been afflicted with Asthma, and it was this with a Pneumonia
complication, that caused his death.  His son, Jay, reached his bedside
early Friday morning and was with him when the end came.
The remains were brought through Erick, Sunday morning on 43, and here the
family boarded the train, going to the old home at Tulia, Texas, where he
was buried Sunday afternoon.
The Masons participated in the funeral services.
Mr. Storts was affiliated with the Presbyterian Church and had been a
member of the Masonic Order, for many years.
The Democrat, with their many friends extend condolence in this, their sad
hour.
