VAUGHN, ELLA C.
(29 May 1919, Thursday, Erick Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. Ella C. Vaughn, born July 21st 1843, died May 4th 1919.
She was a member of the Christian Church, having joined that church with
some of her children at the age of seventy.  She had formerly been a
member of the Methodist church for fifty years.
She was making her home with her daughter, Mrs. E. F. Baker when she died.
 She had just returned from a visit with her daughter at Leedy when she
took violently ill.
Her body was shipped to Annetta Texas for burial.
Rev. Weaver of the Baptist church conducted the services at the cemetery. 
All of her children were present at the funeral.
