WRIGHT, WILLIAM E.
(24 Apr 1930, Beckham County Democrat, Erick, Beckham Co, OK):
E. W. WRIGHT SUCCUMBS TO PNEUMONIA
The remains of E. W. (sic) Wright, who died in this city early last Sunday
morning following a prolonged illness of pneumonia was taken to Carter,
Oklahoma, former home of the deceased where burial was made Sunday
afternoon.
(25 Apr 1930, Carter Express, Carter, Beckham Co, OK):
Mr. W. E. Wright who was a resident of this community for many years and
who moved to Erick last fall, was buried at the Carter cemetery Sunday
afternoon at 4 o'clock.  He died in an Erick hospital Sunday morning at 3
o'clock.
During the time Mr. Wright lived here he formed the friendship of most of
the people who knew him.  He was about 50 years of age and had been a
member of the Methodist Church for the past 20 years.  He leaves to mourn
his death his devoted wife and five children, one brother, one sister and
a host of friends.
