The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net ************************************************************************* GANER, HENRY CLEVE B. 2 Nov 1891 D. 27 Mar 1946 Sayre-Doxey Cemetery Beckham Co OK Funeral services for Harry Cleve Gainer, former Sayre barber, who died Wednesday morning at this home northeast of Sayre follow- ing a heart attack, will be held Friday afternoon at 3:30 p. m. at the Doxey school auditorium with Walter Bryan, minister of the Say- re Church of Christ officiating. Mr. Gainer was born November 2, 1891 in Virginia. His parents were pioneer residents of this county and had homesteaded near Doxey in the early days. He is survived by his wife, and one son, Archie of Cheyenne, one brother, Jesse of Miami; five sis- ters, Mrs. Earl Green of Sayre, Mrs. Elzina Kline of Snyney, Ohio, Mrs. Lou Itter of Oklahoma City, Mrs.. Mildred Fry of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Bert Heckman of Omaha, Neb. Other survivors are a num- ber of grandchildren. Interment will be in the Sayre- Doxey cemetery with the Moore- Allen Funeral directors of Say- re Funeral home in charge. Sayre Sun 28 Mar 1946
