Rev. D. D. Barber and Rev. E. D. Grim will officiate. Mr. Gibson had been a resident of Beckham county for 42 years coming to the Delhi community on April 26, 1900. In the spring of 1916 he moved to Erick where he has made his home for these many years. He was born on August 22, 1865 at Poplar Springs, Tennessee, and he died on July 1, 1942 at the age of 77 years. On September 10, 1885 he was married to Miss Martha Ann Riggs who preceded him in death. He was father of ten children, five of whom survived hime. They are Mrs. Eva Ervin, Sayre, Mrs. RElla Head, Monte Rose, California, Mrs. Goldie Sulivan, Los An- geles Mrs. Evaline Hance, Okla- homa City, and Carlie Gibson. He is also survived by one brogher, George Gibson, Clayton, New Mexico, 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Burial will be in the Delhi ceme- tery by Fatheree Funeral Home.
