Funeral arrangements for Henry R. Grossman, Elk City farmer who died suddenly
at 8:30 a.m. this morning of a heart attack, were pending today.

Mr. Grossman was born on February 14, 1901, in Clermont, Iowa, to Henry
and Emma (Louden)Grossman. On January 5, 1922, he was married to Catherine
Bruening in Calmar, Iowa. The Grossmans moved to this area in 1925, and
had made their home here since that time.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, Leroy R. and Leon M., both of Elk
City, and three sisters and two brothers, all of Iowa. He was preceded
in death by his parents.

Savage funeral directors are in charge of arrangements.

From local newspaper, death date January 6, 1950, burial was in Calvary
Cemetery.
