   Jay  M.  Harrison was born June 24, 1921 in Rankin, to Maudie Jane and
   Jerry  Skaggs  Harrison  and  died Sunday Feb 14, 1993 in the Veterans
   Administration Hospital in Oklahoma City, at the age of 71.
   Jay grew up in the Reydon community and aattended school at Reydon. He
   worked  in  the  CC  Camp and entered the United States Coast Guard in
   December  of  1941.  After  his  discharge  in 1947 he lived in Reydon
   before  moving  to  Ft.  Lauderdale  Florida in 1948. He moved back to
   Reydon in 1983.
   He  was  preceded in death by his parents, wives Betty and Julie and 3
   brothers Leldon, Elmer and Walter.
   Services  will  be  2 p.m. Wednesday, at the Reydon Community Building
   officiated  by  Eddie  Overstreet. Interment will be in the White Rose
   Cemetery,  Reydon, Roger Mills County, oklahoma under the direction of
   Rose Chapel Funeral Service, Cheyenne.
   Survivors  include  3  sisters,  Eva Schoenhals, Shattuck, Erma Hamon,
   Reydon,  Veta Moore, Tempe, Ariz; 4 brothers, Burce of Allison, Texas;
   John,  of  Las  Vegas,  Nev.;  Roy  of  Texola;  Bill  of  Cheyenne; a
   granddaughter, Cyndi Logsdon, Oklahoma City.
