   Irene  Howell  was born August 27, 1908 in Texola, OK to Octavia Alice
   and  Joseph  Hoyle Cobb and passed away July 14, 1994 in the Hillcrest
   Hospital at the age of 85 years, 10 months and 17 days.
   Irene  grew  up  in the Texola Community where she attended school. In
   August  of  1926 she married Bob Howell in Cheyenne, OK and they moved
   to  Evansville, IN where they remained until 1945 when they moved to a
   farm  2  miles  east  of Roll, OK. After Mr. Howell passed away, Irene
   moved to Oklahoma City in 1961 to make her home.
   She was a member of the Church of Christ.
   She  was  preceded  in death by her parents, husband, 1 daughter Lotas
   Stauber,  1  son  Bobby,  2  sisters,  1 brother, and a grandson David
   Clagg.
   Services  were  at  2:00  p.m. Saturday, July 16, 1994 at the Crawford
   Church  of Christ officiated by Earl Reed. Interment was in the Silent
   Home  Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction
   of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
   Survivors  include  2 daughters, Alice Knysh, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma;
   Carol Clagg, Aledo, IL; 1 son, Jerome Howell, Houston, TX; 2 brothers,
   Buster  Cobb,  Stanley Cobb; 7 grandchildren, Kim,, Stephanie, Leslie,
   Chris,  Jimmy, Candy, and Justin; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of
   other relatives and friends.
