Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in East Mound Cemetery with the Rev. Rickey Lawrence, pastor of Roaring Springs Full Gospel Church officiating. Arrangements are by Seigler Funeral Home. Mr. Barton was born in Motley County and had been a lifetime resident of the Flomot and Matador area. He was a retired farmer and stockman. He married Josephine Martin in 1918 at Matador. She died in 1972. His daughter, Louvaine Scaff, died in 1998. Survivors include a son, Blake "Bud" Barton of Floydada; a daughter, Betty Aldridge of Elk City, Okla.; a half brother, Wilson Barton of Flomot; two half sisters, Kathryn King of Matador and Leora Scrivner of Alpine, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 34 greatgreat-grandchildren.
