 Bill Bruton

   SHAMROCK - Bill Bruton, 81, died Friday, July 11, 2003.

   Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Bruton Family Ranch
   in Collingsworth County with Patrick Lyall officiating. Arrangements
   are by Wright Funeral Directors.

   Mr. Bruton was born July 12, 1921, in Jack County. He married Doris
   Wischkaemper on Feb. 24, 1951, in Wheeler.

   Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Lee Ann Sherman and
   Shaunda Vinyard, both of Shamrock, and Dottie Spitz of Elk City,
   Okla.; two sons, George Bruton of Fritch and Glenn Bruton of Vernon;
   two sisters, Verdeen Kelsey of Oklahoma City and Georgia Lee Gruber of
   Weatherford; two brothers, Vernon Bruton of Dallas and Simon Bruton of
   Perrin; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
