  Rosie Lee Calcote
   CHILDRESS - Rosie Lee Calcote, 74, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998.
   
   Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with
   the Rev. Jon Crosby, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating.
   Burial will be in Childress Cemetery.
   
   A longtime Childress resident, Mrs. Calcote was born in Quitman. She
   was a presser at Hargrave Laundry for 10 years and a nurse's aide at
   Twilight Nursing Home.
   
   She married J.V. Calcote in 1983 at Amarillo.
   
   Survivors include her husband; two stepsons, Aaron W. Calcote of
   Amarillo and Lloyd R. Calcote of Tennessee; two brothers, Floyd Lewis
   of Elk City, Okla., and William Ray Lewis of Decatur; two sisters,
   Laverne Portwood of Childress and Mollie Slape of Amarillo; and two
   stepgrandchildren.
