All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************ James Eugene Clenney PERRYTON - James Eugene Clenney, 63, of Elk City, Okla., died Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Perryton with the Rev. Kendell Hamilton of Prairie View Baptist Church in Elk City, Okla., officiating. Burial will be in Blue Mound Cemetery in Balko, Okla. Mr. Clenney was born in Flagstaff, Ariz., and attended Balko and Perryton schools. In 1977, he moved to this area from Balko. He was a truck owner and operator and farmed in the Balko community. He was a member of the Prairie View Baptist Church in Elk City, Okla. He married Ramona Lyon in 1958 at Las Vegas. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Terry Clenney of Perryton and James Clenney Jr. of Duncan, Okla.; two daughters, Rita McGuire and Tina Cordoba, both of Sayre, Okla.; a brother, Robert Ray Clenney of Guymon, Okla.; a sister, Donna L. Wickett of Oklahoma City; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
