   Raymond Escovedo Garza
   
   Raymond  Escovedo  Garza,  55,  died  Wednesday,  Dec.  12,  2001,  in
   Amarillo.
   
   Graveside  services  will be at 2 p.m. today in Shamrock Cemetery with
   family   members  officiating.  Arrangements  are  by  Wright  Funeral
   Directors.
   
   Mr.  Garza  was  born March 11, 1946, at Pony. He was a veteran of the
   Vietnam War and received the Purple Heart.
   
   Survivors  include  a  special  friend,  Nancy  Garza; two sons, David
   DelBosque  and Andrew Garza, both of Shamrock; five daughters, Ersilia
   Doss,  Mary  Ann  Garza,  Elizabeth  Garza  and  Amanda  Garza, all of
   Shamrock,  and Linda Castillo of Wellington; four brothers, Alex Garza
   of  Oklahoma City and Ruben Garza, Gilbert Garza and Joe Garza, all of
   Amarillo;  five  sisters, Angie Howell of Shamrock, Margie Delarosa of
   Elk City, Okla., Mary Koetting of Amarillo, Paula Sotelo of Gruver and
   Janie Cantu of San Antonio; and five grandchildren.
