  Frances Goodwin
   DIMMITT - Frances Goodwin, 80, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 1998.
   
   Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church with
   the Rev. Rusty Dickerson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in
   Westlawn Memorial Park by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home.
   
   Mrs. Goodwin was born in Erick, Okla. She moved to Dimmitt in 1940
   from Sweetwater, Okla. She was a member of First United Methodist
   Church in Dimmitt.
   
   She married P.O. Goodwin in 1937 at Sayre, Okla. She was preceded in
   death by a daughter, Kay Sharon Freeman, in 1984 and a son, Beeleey
   Goodwin, in 1993.
   
   Survivors include her husband; a son, Mike Goodwin of Festus, Mo.; a
   daughter, Ricki Dane of Big Lake; a sister, Maggie Riley of Carson,
   Calif.; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
   
   The family requests memorials be to Scholarship Fund of First United
   Methodist Church, 110 S.W. Third St., Dimmitt, Texas, 79027.
