Loyd D. Gordon

PAMPA - Loyd D. "Doug" Gordon, 69, died Tuesday, May 22, 2001, in Amarillo.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors 
Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Kyle Ohsfeldt, pastor of the Grace Baptist 
Church, and the Rev. Bob D. Davis, pastor of the Progressive Baptist Church, 
officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Gordon had been a resident of Pampa since 1981, moving from Denver. 
He married Ola U. West on April 19, 1990, in Pampa.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Kenneth Gordon of Elk City, Okla., 
and Monty Gordon of Plainview; two daughters, Joline Perry of Lefors and 
Louise Creason of Denver; four brothers, Kenneth W. Davis of Golden, Colo., 
Bobby D. Davis of Pampa and Jim Gordon and Maurice Gordon, both of Arkansas; 
two sisters; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, 800 N. Sumner, Pampa, TX 79065.
