Annabel Hillock
   COLORADO CITY - Annabel Hillock, 85, died Tuesday, June 1, 1999.
   
   Services will be at 10:30 a.m. CDT today in Oklahoma Lane United
   Methodist Church at Oklahoma Lane, with the Rev. Jimmy McGuire
   officiating. Burial will be in Oklahoma Lane Cemetery by Steed-Todd
   Funeral Home of Clovis, N.M.
   
   Mrs. Hillock was born in Walnut Springs and was a longtime resident of
   the Farwell/Lariat areas. She and her husband had farmed until 1958.
   She worked for 17 years in the Farwell High School cafeteria and later
   worked as a seamstress at a ladies ready-to-wear shop. She was a
   member of Oklahoma Lane United Methodist Church.
   
   She married Myron Hillock in 1938 at Clovis, N.M. He died in 1992.
   
   Survivors include a daughter, Ruby Harper of Colorado City; a son,
   Douglas Hillock of Elk City, Okla.; two brothers, Robert Rundell of
   Magnolia and Weldon "Pete" Rundell of Plainview; two sisters, Julia
   Symcox of Farwell and Rita Dollar of Norwood, Colo.; four
   grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
   
   The family requests memorials be to Oklahoma Lane United Methodist
   Church or the Oklahoma Lane Cemetery Association c/o Harold Carpenter,
   Rt. 1, Farwell, TX 79325.
