Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Bell Avenue Baptist Church with Danny Logan officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Mr. Lively was born Nov. 22, 1933, to Harvey and Helen Lively in Elk City, Okla. He was a longtime member of Bell Avenue Baptist Church. He retired as a conductor for Burlington Northern Santa Fe after working 40 years. He was an avid fan of football and boxing. He was a 1953 graduate of Amarillo High School. He was a loving family man and friend and will be missed by all. Mr. Lively was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Arline Smith. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Juanita; a son, Robert Lively; three daughters, Ronda Chambers and husband, Stoney, Randi Londagin and Rebecca Whittaker; a brother, Dean Lively; a sister, Jayne Jones; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be to the World Hunger Project, in care of Bell Avenue Baptist Church or a favorite charity.
