Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors Ivy Chapel, 2820 Virginia Circle. Burial will be in Alanreed Cemetery in Alanreed. Mr. Miller was a longtime resident of Amarillo, and most recently worked for H Bar H Turf farm. He had served in the Army during Vietnam. He was loved and will be missed by all of his friends. Survivors include his wife, Yvonne; a son, Rusty Conard Miller of Cheyenne, Okla.; a daughter, Sindy Lowe of Elk City, Okla.; his mother, Juanita Vinson of Fritch; a brother, James Harvey Miller of Wann, Okla.; a sister, Beverly Norman of Blanchard, Okla; and two grandsons, Wyatt Allen Miller and Sean Thomas Lowe. Amarillo Globe-News, Jan. 24, 2003 Charles Gavin Charles Gavin, 68, of Amarillo died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2003. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Field, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Arrangements are by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Fifth Avenue and Pierce Street. The body will be not available for viewing.
