   Calvin Montgomery
   DUMAS - Calvin Montgomery, 86, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1999.
   
   Services  will  be  at 10 a.m. Monday in Morrison Memorial Chapel with
   the  Rev.  H.L. Stevens, retired Assembly of God minister and the Rev.
   Frank  Elliott, retired Nazarene minister, officiating. Burial will be
   in Northlawn Memorial Gardens by Morrison Funeral Directors, Dumas.
   
   Mr.  Montgomery was born in Sayre, Okla., had been a resident of Moore
   County for the past 60 years. He retired from Phillips Petroleum after
   30 years as an electrician.
   
   He married Opal Easter in 1936.
   
   Survivors  include  his wife; a daughter, Ernestine Martin of Dumas; a
   son, Charles Montgomery of Lebec, Calif.; two sisters, Jewell Lowrance
   of  Sayre and Ima Sasser of Grand Junction, Colo.; four grandchildren;
   and six great-grandchildren.
   
   The  family will be at 1818 S. Meredith Ave. #2 in Dumas, and suggests
   memorials be to Memorial Hospice, 224 E. 2nd, Dumas, TX 79029.
