Donna Phillips

PAMPA — Donna Phillips, 53, died Sundy, Nov. 5, 2006, in Amarillo.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral
Directors Colonial Chapel with Burl Hickerson officiating.

Mrs. Phillips was born Nov. 14, 1952, in Frederick, Okla. She married Allen
Phillips on April 16, 1984, in Tacoma, Wash.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Ian Smith of Roswell, N.M.; her father,
Hoyt Greeson of Elk City, Okla.; a brother, William Greeson of Trinidad,
Colo.; a sister, Jennifer Weatherby of Elk City; two stepsisters, Laura James
of Roswell and Cindy Miller of Elk City; a stepbrother, Lenord Walgomot of
Atlanta; and a granddaughter.

The family suggests memorials be to Don and Sybil Harrington Cancer Center,
1500 Wallace Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106.
