Elena Ramos

SHAMROCK - Elena Ramos, 74, died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005.

Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today in Wright Funeral Directors. Services will
be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Monsignor Calvin
Stalter officiating. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery.

Mrs. Ramos was born June 2, 1931, in Lockhart to Frank and Delores Flores
Moya. She married Leonardo Sanchez Ramos on Dec. 13, 1952, in Hayti, Mo.

Survivors include five sons, Leon Ramos Jr., Johnny Ramos, Frank Ramos and
Jesse Ramos, all of Shamrock, and Nick Ramos of Walker, La.; five daughters,
Elisa Vampran, Sylvia Reeves and Gloria Lacy, all of Shamrock, Mary DeLaCruz
of Elk City, Okla. and Connie Curfman of California; four brothers, Ramon Moya
of Phoenix, Frank Moya of Samnorwood, Jimmy Moya of Florida and John Moya of
Shamrock; 29 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
