Sam Walker

SHAMROCK - Sam Walker, 75, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in 11th Street Baptist Church with the
Rev. Jes Stafford, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery by
Wright Funeral Directors.

Mr. Walker was born June 9, 1929, in Delhi, Okla. He married Shurley Nicholson
on Nov. 11, 1953, in Sayre, Okla.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jerry Walker of Cleburne and Mike Walker
of Lufkin; a daughter, Tami Rogers of Austin; four grandchildren; and a
brother, Marvin Walker of Wheeler.

The family suggests memorials be to 11th Street Baptist Church building fund,
1010 N. Missouri St., Shamrock, TX 79079.
